  • Pentalobe screwdriver (P2)
  • Tri-point Y000 screwdriver
  • Phillips #000 screwdriver
  • Suction cup
  • Plastic pry tools / spudger
  • Tweezers
  • Heat gun or iOpener
  • Magnetic mat
  • iPhone 14 replacement screen

Replacement Process

  1. Power off the iPhone
  2. Remove two pentalobe screws next to Lightning port
  3. Heat edges to soften adhesive
  4. Open from left side using suction cup and pick
  5. Support display at 90°
  6. Disconnect battery first
  7. Remove display cable bracket screws
  8. Disconnect display and sensor cables
  9. Transfer Face ID/earpiece assembly
  10. Install new display
  11. Test before sealing

Post-Repair Notes

⚠️ After replacement:
  • Settings will show "Unknown Part" warning
  • True Tone may be disabled without reprogramming
  • Face ID should work if module transferred correctly
  • Auto-brightness may behave differently
